How much will my property let for?
This is obviously calculated on a property by property basis. We study the current market and historic rental trends and also use our state of the art tools and software to analyse the market in your chosen area and produce a detailed, accurate rental appraisal for you. We will be able to give you a fairly accurate estimate over the phone, followed by a more accurate report after visiting the property.
How do i book an onsite property appraisal?
Please call on 08000 699222 / 07886 899222 or email admin@3dlettings.co.uk we will carry out an initial appraisal over the phone and arrange to visit you at your property at a time and date convenient for you.
How much do you charge?
We are very proud of our fee structure which is why we are happy to publish it.
 it is deliberately simplistic and very competitive, we believe the value for money that we offer is second to none. Obviously certain factors will affect the fees we have to charge but as a general rule of thumb we work closely to the following structure: 
Initial consultation and letting advice free
Initial set up cost / admin fees free
Standard management fee 12.5% of monthly rent received
Marketing / tenant find fee 40 % of first months rent discounted for managed properties
Marketing / tenant find fee is the equivalent of one month's rent for non-managed properties
Tenant referencing free for landlords
Tenancy renewals free for landlords and tenants – unlimited free renewals
We don’t have any other hidden fees, what you see is what you get.
Just to clarify if you have a tenant in your property for 10 years who renews their tenancy and signs a new agreement every 6 months all you will ever pay will be the standard monthly management fee listed above.
We are proud to offer discount on our full management package for all members of HM forces and NHS, both currently serving and retired.
We may be able to offer discounts on even the smallest of property portfolios, please ask for further information.
How do i employ 3d lettings to manage my property?
All you need to do is fill out our landlord / agency agreement form which will be given to you when we visit your property.
